Insurance/Payment

We accept private-pay, UHC, BCBS, Aetna, and Tricare.

Cash, Check, Paypal, and all major credit cards accepted.

If you are unable to afford my full rate, I will work with you on a sliding scale to determine an amount per session that will work best for your situation. There is also an option for me to provide you with a Superbill. You would need to give the Superbill directly to your insurance for reimbursement.

Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled therapy time to avoid being charged for your appointment.

Privacy Policy

If you decide to move forward with my services I will provide a packet of paperwork that will include policies and procedures.
